6. Carb-free Cheesesteak - Sliced cheesesteak over a bed of sauteed bell peppers, onions, provolone.
7. Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry
8. Black Bean Burger Platter topped with cheddar cheese, onion and a side of honey mustard.
