Meal Plans

Healthy Garden's freshness and quality of meals simply cannot be beat!

How it Works...

1. View our special meal plan menu and choose your food.
2. Minimum of 5 meals (1 week) per order. (To qualify for special pricing).
3. Choose a pickup or delivery option. Pickups and deliveries can be scheduled at your convenience.
Delivery is free within a 5-mile radius if you prefer to receive all of your meals at once.
If you choose to have daily delivery there is a $5 charge per delivery
.


Meals stay fresh up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Meals are provided to you in our special microwave-safe containers.
To heat up, simply take the top off of the container and heat in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes.
To heat meals in the oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees, place your meal in an oven-safe container and heat for
approximately 10 minutes
.



Healthy Garden offers fresh, tasty meal plans for you and your family! We offer a pickup and a special delivery option. Pickups and deliveries can be scheduled at your best convenience. Free delivery within a 5-mile radius if you prefer to receive all of your meals at once, if you choose to have daily delivery there is a $2.50 delivery charge per delivery.

Meal plans are perfect for busy, health conscientious individuals or families low on time to cook! Place your order ahead of time for the week and leave the worry of having to prepare your own meals for your busy weeks. Our meals are prepared with fresh, home-made recipes, natural ingredients and no preservatives. We create tasty menu options balanced with just the right portion of proteins and nutrients for you. We have a variety of fresh protein options including vegetarian and vegan meals as well!

Choice of Sides for Platters: Organic Brown Rice, Organic Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes
or Seasonal Mixed Vegetables

1. Homemade Burger Platter (Choice of Beef, Turkey or Chicken Burger)

2. Grilled Chicken Platter

3. Grilled Salmon or Cod Filet Platter add $2

4. Shrimp Teriyaki Platter add $2

5. Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry add $2

6. Carb-free Cheesesteak - Sliced cheesesteak over a bed of sautéed bell peppers, onions, provolone

7. Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry

8. Black Bean Burger Platter topped with cheddar cheese, onion and a side of honey mustard
