Weekly and Monthly Meal Plans

Healthy Garden offers fresh, tasty meal plans for you and your family! We offer a pickup and a special delivery option. Pickups and deliveries can be scheduled at your best convenience. Free delivery within a 5-mile radius if you prefer to receive all of your meals at once, if you choose to have daily delivery there is a $2.50 delivery charge per delivery.

Meal plans are perfect for busy, health conscientious individuals or families low on time to cook! Place your order ahead of time for the week and leave the worry of having to prepare your own meals for your busy weeks. Our meals are prepared with fresh, home-made recipes, natural ingredients and no preservatives. We create tasty menu options balanced with just the right portion of proteins and nutrients for you. We have a variety of fresh protein options including vegetarian and vegan meals as well!

How it Works...

1. Select your food
View our special meal plan menu and choose from a selection of fresh, lean, tasty, ready to eat meals.
2. Pay with cash or credit card.
Our meals range from $10-$12 per meal dependent on your choice of protein.
3. Minimum of 5 meals (1 week) per order. (To qualify for special pricing)

4. Meals are fresh up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
5. Meals are provided to you in our special microwave-safe containers.
To heat up, simply take the top off of the container and heat in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes. To heat meals in the oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees, replace your meal into an oven-safe container and heat for approximately 10 minutes.
